When Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy Jr. heads to Capitol Hill this week and next to testify on his department’s fiscal year 2027 budget request, he will have to walk a careful line between touting Make America Healthy Again’s “victory” and avoiding talk about politically divisive vaccine policy.
