Combination strategies are rapidly redefining the treatment of HER2-positive solid tumors. In this video interview, Robert Iannone, Executive Vice President, Global Head of Research and Development, and Chief Medical Officer of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, discusses the evolution of HER2-targeted therapeutic approaches across multiple tumor types.

Dr. Iannone will discuss how tumor heterogeneity, immune activation, and mechanisms of resistance are pushing the field toward multidisciplinary regimens. We also highlight emerging HER2 technologies, such as bispecific and biparatopic antibodies, and discuss how innovative mechanisms are being designed to target HER2 biology in a differentiated manner.

From gastroesophageal and biliary tract cancers to other HER2-expressing solid tumors, this discussion provides insight into how biologically-based combination strategies are reshaping HER2 therapy and influencing future developments.
