The 13th Annual Aging Research & Drug Discovery (ARDD) Conference, the world’s largest conference dedicated to longevity biotechnology, will be held at Harvard University’s David Rubenstein Treehouse from October 1-3, 2026. Marking the start of the high-profile Boston Longevity Week, this groundbreaking event is officially hosted by Insilico Medicine, which also anchors the conference as a Tier 1 sponsor alongside Eli Lilly.

As longevity science rapidly moves from theoretical concepts to multibillion-dollar treatment pipelines, ARDD 2026 has established itself as the premier global nexus that brings together basic science, clinical research, major pharmaceutical companies, and institutional investors. Moving the conference to Boston, the global epicenter of biomedical innovation, reflects the field’s evolution into mainstream medicine.

Building on the strong momentum of previous years, including ARDD 2025 in Copenhagen, where leadership from Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk discussed the profound longevity potential of GLP-1 receptor agonists in Nature Biotechnology, the 2026 conference will solidify aging research as a core part of healthcare. Leading pharmaceutical companies are currently actively developing commercial programs targeting fibrosis, immunology, central nervous system, cardiometabolic diseases, muscle wasting prevention, and cellular rejuvenation.

The comprehensive 2026 program features highly specialized daily tracks designed to accelerate clinical translation and industry growth.

    • October 1st: Clinical Development Day and Longevity Medicine Track

    • October 2: AI in the drug discovery track

    • October 3: Future Technology Track

In addition to a major scientific program, the conference will host multiple high-profile, invitation-only receptions to foster networking among global decision makers. Speakers have already been confirmed to include executives from 10 of the world’s top pharmaceutical companies.

The conference is run by an elite panel of global chairs representing leading academic and scientific institutions. Vadim Gradyshev and Jesse Poganik (Harvard Medical School). Alex Zaboronkov (in silico medicine); Morten Scheibye-Knudsen and Daniela Bakula (University of Copenhagen). Evelyne Bischof (Shiva Longevity Center); Maximilian Umphried (National University of Singapore). To further strengthen the conference’s impact on global health economics, the McKinsey Institute for Health Research will join ARDD 2026 as the sole knowledge partner.

Reflecting its global scope, ARDD 2026 has secured support from a number of prominent biotech and financial institutions. Tier 1 partners Eli Lilly and Insilico Medicine are joined by Tier 3 sponsors AbbVie, BioAge, Human Longevity, Tally Health, Maxwell Biosciences, Gordian, TruDiagnostic, and Cyclarity Therapeutics. Synaro Capital is supporting the event as a Tier 4 sponsor, alongside Tier 5 sponsors including Morgan Stanley, Healthy Longevity, Intrinsic Capacity and QuadraScope.

Prospective participants are encouraged to join the priority waiting list to secure early pricing and receive immediate notification when the registration system opens. Visit the official registration portal at https://agingpharma.org/registration or learn more at agingpharma.org.

Sponsorship opportunities continue to be available across multiple tiers, including customized packages for industry partners seeking collaboration with venture capital, academia, and decision makers at large pharmaceutical companies.
