Medicare navigation company Chapter has raised $100 million in a Series E funding round to continue growing and building its platform.
Generation Investment Management led the round, with participation from Fifth Down Capital and 8VC as new investors, according to an announcement Thursday. Existing backers Stripes, XYZ Venture Capital, Addition, Narya Capital, Susa Ventures, and Maverick Ventures also supported the round.
In its announcement, Chapter said its valuation has more than doubled since its last funding round, which closed less than a year ago.
The company said it intends to use the funding to accelerate its growth trajectory and continue developing financial products that support seniors, who are “currently the most underserved by technology companies.”
According to the company, Chapter’s platform is the nation’s leading Medicare navigation platform, designed to help enrollees find the right plan to meet their needs. We rely on AI to assist our licensed advisors in making recommendations to users.
Seniors using Chapter’s platform also have access to tools that make it easy to maximize the in-store benefits offered by their plans.
Through 2025, the company’s revenue tripled, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeding $100 million. According to the announcement, the number of corporate employees also remained unchanged from the previous year. Last year, the company also introduced new tools, including a provider directory and a prescription cost calculator, in response to rising healthcare costs.
“Most technology companies ignore retirees. Our mission is to help all seniors maintain their health, wealth, and purpose by developing the products our own parents wish they had at the beginning of their retirement,” Kobi Blumenfeld Ganz, CEO and co-founder of Chapter, said in the announcement.
“We are the only company to review every Medicare plan in the nation and provide unbiased guidance, and we are rapidly building additional products that empower seniors to chart the next chapter of their lives,” she said.
